Kids Cast Votes for Election

WILMINGTON -- While adults cast their votes for district attorney and other races in Tuesday's election, their kids can have a say too.

Kids Voting U-S-A is a non-profit organization that helps get kids interested in the democratic process.

Parents can go into special booths at the polling stations with their kids, who then pick their candidates.

The Cape Fear Volunteer Center is looking for about 250 volunteers to work shifts at polling places to help out.

If you're interested, call 392-8180.
