WILMINGTON -- A scholarship in memory of a student killed in a motorcycle earlier this year could benefit students at Cape Fear Community College.
Wilmington Police Sergeant Warren Kennedy presented a check for more than $4,000 to the president at Cape Fear Community College.
Kennedy raised the money by coordinating a motorcycle ride in memory of Clint Robertson.
Robertson was killed after an SUV struck his motorcycle on Market Street in Ogden in March 2006.
