WILMINGTON -- Cape Fear Community College used the fifth anniversary of the September 11 attacks as a learning opportunity.
Professors and Wilmington-based FBI agent Tim Flynn spoke about the importance of learning from that day.
Flynn said one such lesson was the need for constant vigilance against terrorism.
"I think the main change is the intelligence we're sharing," said Flynn, "making sure the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, as well as our state and local partners share information."
Flynn reminded the students that if they heard something suspicious, to be on the safe side and call police.
