Fire Destroys Home in Wilmington

APRIL 16, 2006 -- A fire broke out early Sunday morning in Wilmington along North 30th Street.

Three people were inside the home at 1110 North 30th Street when the fire started just before 7:00 am.

Fire officials say an electrical short in a vacuum cleaner sparked the blaze. They say the fire caused around $75,000 in damage. No one was injured.
