1 cup HT Traders soy sauce

1 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

2 tabelspoons HT Traders sesame oil

2 cups chopped green onion

1 tabelspoon dried red chile flakes

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 HT Reserve Angus Beef London Broil


Place the marinade ingredients in a plastic zip lock bag.  Add the London Broil.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Turn the meat twice and bring to room temperature before grilling.  Prepare a charcoal or gas grill.  Lightly spray the grill rack with vegetable oil cooking spray.  The coals should be moderately hot.  Lift the meat from the marinade and discard the marinade.  Grill the steak for 8 minutes.  Turn the steak and grill for 7-10 minutes longer for medium rare or until it reaches the desired doneness.  Let the steak rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes before slicing on the diagonal into thin strips and serve.
