FEBRUARY 16, 2006 -- Wilmington police have made another arrest in a murder case. It's the third young person accused in Wilmington's first murder of the year.

Late Wednesday night, police charged a 14-year-old boy with first degree murder in the shooting death of Pervis Owens. Owens was shot and killed in front of his home on North 10th Street last month.

Two other teenagers, 18-year-old Maurice Miller and 17-year-old Lakendra Grady, are already in custody for their connection to the murder. Police say additional arrests are pending.
