Votes Canvassed for Wilmington Elections

OCTOBER 18, 2005 -- The vote totals are final for Wilmington's city elections, and the outcomes aren't changing.

The results remain the same for the mayor's race and the city council contest, although the actual numbers did fluctuate a bit.

Earl Sheridan still holds onto the third and final open city council seat. The fourth place finisher is Pat Delair. She plans to meet with Sheridan Wednesday and decide whether to ask for a run-off election.
