FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WECT) - The Environmental Protection Agency will hold a community engagement event in Fayetteville on Tuesday, August 14, to discuss GenX and other chemical compounds found in local water.
The event will run from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the Crown Ballroom located at 1960 Coliseum Dr.
The forum will include presentations from federal, state and local organizations. This will be followed by a five-hour public comment session, which begins at 3 p.m.
