Totaling Ophelia Damages

September 21, 2005-- Damages from Ophelia continue to add up.  Strong winds tore a section of roof off the Sweeney Water Treatment plant in Wilmington.  City officials estimate repairs will cost half a million dollars.  Until the repairs can be made, a tent is covering the building's computer equipment.  Officials say even with all the damage, water quality was never compromised during the storm.
