The UNCW men’s golf team finished ninth at the Bryan (Texas) NCAA Regional tournament.
The Seahawks fired a 2-over par 290 on Wednesday, and finished the three-day tournament at 22-over.
Christofer Rahm led UNCW by finishing in a tie for 28th place at 4-over.
The host team from Texas A&M was 27-under to win the tourney, beating second-place Clemson by 11 strokes.
The top five regional finishers -- Texas A&M, Clemson, Baylor, UCLA and Kentucky -- advance to the NCAA championship.
