A Brunswick County man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to a cocaine-related charge, according to the District Attorney's Office.
Rodney Wayne Suggs, 49, of Supply, entered a guilty plea Tuesday for possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine.
Suggs was sentenced as a habitual felon to 78 to 106 months in prison.
Suggs was initially arrested during a traffic stop on March 28, 2017, by narcotics officers with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office.
He has at least 30 prior convictions in Brunswick, Pender, and Union counties ranging from driving while impaired to robbery.
