In 2009, Stewart was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by exposure after incidents involving an 11 year old girl and a 9 year old girl.
Stewart's criminal history includes aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child by exposure, attempted failure to register as a sex offender, fail to identify giving false/fictitious information and driving while intoxicated.
He was last known address was in Mansfield, Texas.
According to the Department of Public Safety, Carrillo is a confirmed member of the Partido Revolucionario Mexicano gang.
The DPS stated, "In 1997, Carrillo sexually assaulted a 4-year-old male child."
He has had employment in the mining and poultry industries.
He was convicted in Tarrant County of Aggravated Sexual Assult of a Child and Indecency with a Child that included sexual contact involving an 8 year old girl.
In 2014, Booth was released on parole and registered as a sex offender in Wichita Falls. The DPS states, "He last registered with authorities in 2015. His whereabouts since then are unknown."
He was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child by Exposure after an incident involving a 6 year old girl.
Westmoreland was captured September 27, 2017.
Rodriguez was arrested in Fort Worth for continuous sexual abuse of a child for two incidents involving two 11 year old females who were his neighbors and two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact.
