WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Bathing suit season is nearly here.
If this has you thinking 'EEK!,' then you're going to want to hit the gym.
Erik Feliciano from AT&T joined us on WECT News First at Four to show off some gadgets that can help you on your journey to get fit:
The Fitbit Blaze ($199) is as stylish as is it is smart. The watch's color touchscreen allows you to see notifications on the screen, like calls and texts as well as adjust your volume and play, pause or switch songs from your smartphone with a simple tap. The watch also continuously monitors your heart rate all without an uncomfortable chest strap so you can better understand your resting heart rate and cardio fitness level.
LT Tone Active Bluetooth Headphones ($179) are great for a toughest run or a leisurely walk on the beach. They have a stay put design so regardless of the size of your neck, these will fit and they are also water and sweat resistant. So they aren't going anywhere! The ear buds also retract so you wear the band around your neck and the earbuds pull out for a perfect fit.
The ZAGG Power Amp 12 ($69) keeps you up to speed by delivering 12000mAh of power everywhere you go. It has two USB ports that each deliver 2.4A power, so you can keep your devices charged, or share the portable power with a friend. The Power Amp 12 also features a bright LED flashlight that comes in handy if you're out after sunset.
An Otterbox ($40 for iphone 7) is always a great phone case option but especially if you're planning on being active outdoors. The Otterbox provides durable protection and shields against drops and bumps and has a raised, beveled edge that helps protect the touchscreen.
