Brother Faces Charges in Wallace Shooting

MAY 26, 2005 -- The brother of one of the victims in the weekend shooting in Wallace will face charges.  Ronald Harrison will be charged with obstruction of justice for removing evidence from a crime scene. He is also facing misdemeanor charges for having a firearm on state property. Harrison will be officially charged after his brother, Donald's, funeral on Saturday. Prosecutors say they believe the brothers fired at Jose Shaw in self defense after a dance party at the National Guard Armory got out-of-control. They've also determined Shaw was killed by a bullet from Donald's gun.
