MAY 23, 2005 -- A Wilmington doctor has his license restored temporarily. Doctor Hubert Eaton, Jr. can practice medicine once again.
His license was suspended in 2003 due to allegations of substance abuse and writing improper prescriptions.
Eaton was addicted to painkillers last year. He spent three months in a detoxification program.
In order to keep his license, he must stay away from drugs. He cannot work more than twenty hours a week. His temporary license will expire at the end of July.
