Bladen Co. church seeks donations for Hurricane Matthew victims

ELIZABETHTOWN, NC (WECT) -
Pastor Louie Boykin of the Baldwin Branch Missionary Baptist and his members have been collecting supplies for the victims of Hurricane Matthew.
Boykin says the church is trying to be a blessing to those who are really in need.
"Well, it's always more of a blessing to give than to receive," Boykin said. "And what you make happen for others God will make happen for you the next time the natural disasters comes we could be on the receiving end so we want to reach out and make a difference in someone's life."
The church is asking that you donate cases of water non-perishable food batteries, clothes, shoes, socks, blankets, baby formula, wipes,diapers, soap and other toiletries.
You can bring those items directly to the church or make a monetary donation.
