ATLANTA (AP) - Major delays are being reported in Atlanta at the world's busiest airport. The Federal Aviation Administration said early Wednesday that snow and ice have prompted the airport to operate a ground delay program. The FAA said that is causing some arriving flights to be delayed more than an hour.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - State lawmakers have restored millions in dollars in funding to revamp South Carolina's aging school bus fleet. The Senate Tuesday unanimously voted to override Gov.
