Sunday is Mother's Day.

Why not treat the woman who spent years cooking for you to a homemade brunch?

Keith Rhodes from Catch Restaurant, a modern seafood restaurant in Wilmington, and former Top Chef contestant shared his recipe for seafood quiche on WECT News First at Four:

Seafood quiche
4 eggs
2 cups of heavy cream
1/4 cup diced scallions 
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced asparagus 
4 oz lump crabmeat
2 oz sliced cooked shrimp

1 tsp each of the following spices:
Nutmeg
Kosher salt
White pepper
Celery seed
Garlic powder

Mix eggs, spices and cheese together pour in shell. Sprinkle remainder of ingredients over lie and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
