SOUTHPORT, North Carolina – The College of Charleston rolled to its third straight Colonial Athletic Association title, winning the league's automatic berth to the NCAA tournament by 22 strokes on Sunday at St. James Plantation.

The Seahawks, who were led by All-Tournament honoree Thomas Eldridge, who placed fourth, finished third, two strokes behind runner-up James Madison.

CofC's William Rainey birdied two of the last three holes to win medalist honors by two strokes over JMU's Ryan Cole. Eldridge finished the third round two-over-par to take fourth with a three-round even-par 216.

Joining Eldridge in the top 10 was Patrick Cover, who placed seventh.
