JACKSONVILLE, Florida – Corbin Olmstead tripled with the bases loaded and two outs as North Florida rallied from an 11-9 deficit in the bottom of the ninth for a 12-11 win on Sunday at Harmon Stadium to complete a sweep of UNCW.

UNF improved to 9-8 with the win and 2-7 in one-run games. The Seahawks remained winless on the road, 0-4, and dipped to 9-5 on the season.

Olmstead (1-0), who also picked up the win after squandering a 9-8 UNF lead in the top of the inning, belted a 1-2 offering from UNCW reliever Brandon Mulier into right center to clear the bases for the win.

UNCW reliever Austin Magestro (2-1) was tagged with the loss.

Nick Feight was one of six Seahawks with multiple hit games. Feight knocked in three runs, including two in the ninth that gave UNCW an 11-9 lead. Daniel Stack also had two hits, including his second homer of the season, and drove in three runs.

Keith Skinner held game-high honors with four hits, including a homer, while Olmstead finished with two hits and four RBI's. Patrick Ervin added three hits and scored twice.

The game was halted for 52 minutes in the top of the ninth for rain and lightning.

Up next: The Seahawks open an eight-game homestand on Mar. 16 against Coastal Carolina. First-pitch is set for 6 p.m.

Home Runs: UNF Skinner (off Roberson in the first inning, one on and one out); Diaz (third inning off Hyssong, solo, leadoff); UNCW Stack (fourth inning off Drury, one on and one out)

How It Happened: UNCW grabbed an 11-9 lead in the top of the ninth, but UNF answered with a three-spot of its own in the bottom of the inning. Magestro opened the bottom of the frame with a walk and then allowed a two-strike hit to the following batter. A sacrifice bunt advanced both runners into scoring position and another walk loaded the bases. Mulier came on and got the second out on a strike out, but one batter later, Olmstead delivered the game-winning hit.

Inside The Box Score: Prior to the three-run ninth for UNF, UNCW had erased and early 8-3 deficit in the third inning … UNF continued to excel in opening innings as six leadoff hitters reached safely … UNCW, though, matched the Ospreys, landing six leadoff hitters on base too … UNF went 7-for-16 with RISP while UNCW was 5-for-11 … UNCW pitchers combined to walk 10 batters on Sunday and totaled 18 for the weekend.

Notes: UNCW's last non-conference sweep was at Florida State last season … UNCW dropped to 0-3 in one-run losses … With the sweep, UNF now owns a 4-1 lead in the series … Feight extended his hitting streak to a career-long eight games and his on base streak to nine … Today's 10 walks were a season-high.
