BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - The Brunswick County Sheriff's Office arrested a Leland man and accused him of intentionally starving his dog to death.
According to jail records, James Jarett Roof, 26, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with cruelty to animals.
