Lady Seahawks preseason pick to finish 7th in CAA

The UNCW Lady Seahawks were picked to finish seventh in the CAA preseason poll which was released Tuesday.

Two-time defending CAA champion James Madison was picked as the preseason favorite to win the CAA title.

In addition to the preseason poll, UNCW junior guard Naqaiyyah Teague was been named as an Honorable Mention selection on the 2015-16 Preseason All-Colonial Athletic Association Women's Basketball Team.

The Lady Seahawks will open the exhibition season November 7 when they host Mt. Olive.
