UNCW led the way on the first team with a high of four selections. Earning first-team honors were relieverJordan Ramsey, catcher Gavin Stupienski, infielders Terence Connelly and Corey Dick. Ramsey was a first-team All-CAA selection and earned a spot on the CAA's All-Tournament team. Stupienski was a second-team All-CAA honoree and added CAA All-Tournament and Baton Rouge All-Regional honors later in the season. Connelly was also second-team All-CAA selection while Dick was the CAA tournament's Most Outstanding Player.
Outfielder Zach Shields and designated hitter Luke Dunlap were named to the second team. Shields led the Seahawks with a .355 batting average in his first season with the program while Dunlap rallied late in the season to lead the team with 46 runs batted in. Dunlap was an All-CAA tournament and Baton Rouge All-Regional selection. Shields was named to the Baton Rouge All-Region squad.
The six selections were a program high for UNCW, whose previous high mark was five in 2008, and also led all programs on the squads. High Point had four players earn All-State honors while Appalachian State, Western Carolina and UNC Asheville had three apiece.
