WILMINGTON (UNCW) - The UNCW baseball team fell behind early and never caught number 25 Coastal Carolina who took care of the Seahawks 5-2 at Brooks Field Tuesday night.
The loss was the fourth in the last five games for the Seahawks who fell to 29-12 on the season.
The Chanticleers (31-13) took an early lead scoring one run in each of the third and fourth innings before putting the game out of reach with a three-run seventh that increased the lead to 5-0.
