WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) -

A retired truck driver from Wilmington is now $200,000 richer after winning the top prize in North Carolina Education Lottery's newest scratch-off game.

Edwin Filsell bought the winning $5 ticket Sunday at the Beachway on Carolina Beach Road.

"I believe that all you need is one lucky ticket and this one is mine," Filsell said. "It's so exciting and hard to believe. It's a great feeling, even though it still doesn't feel entirely real."

Filsell plans to pay off the boat that he and his son purchased to go fishing.
