Retail clothing company H&M is opening its store at Augusta Mall at noon on Aug. 14.
The 23,000-square-foot store will offer collections for ladies, men, young ladies and young men, as well as sections for accessories, lingerie, plus-size clothing and its children's collection.
The Swedish retailer also runs a garment recycling program. Customers can bring in old, unwanted clothing of any brand and receive a voucher for 15 percent off their next purchase for each bag of donated clothing.
To kick off the recycling program on opening day, customers who bring garments to be recycled before the store opens at noon will also have the chance to win H&M gift cards valued between $50 and $100 in addition to receiving the 15 percent off voucher.
The store also will offer the first 100 shoppers in line an H&M t-shirt and an Access to Fashion Pass, valued from $10 to $300.
Store hours will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
