A Nashville woman is accused of leaving three children inside a car while she shopped at Walmart.
Veronica Lewis is charged with three counts of felony child neglect.
Witnesses said they saw the children locked in a car around 9 p.m. Saturday in the Walmart parking lot on Dickerson Pike.
Police said two 2-year-olds and a 4-year-old were found in the car and that the keys were left in the ignition.
Lewis told officers she was only inside for a short time, but police said security cameras showed she was inside the store for at least 45 minutes.
