One of six people who survived being inside a Salisbury home that was shot nine times last week is now facing weapons charges.
Salisbury police arrested Alex Lynch after searching the home on E. Liberty Street and finding guns. Lynch is a convicted felon and is not allowed to posses a weapon.
Lynch is jailed under $15,000 bond.
Someone fired nine shots at the house Wednesday night, smashing the glass in the front door and leaving bullet holes in the door, the siding, even the gutter.
At the time of the shooting, six people were inside the house, including a one-year-old. No one was hurt.
Police called the incident a "statement shooting," saying that Lynch was likely the target of the attack.
Lynch has a criminal record and was shot two weeks ago, suffering minor injuries.
