Trio busted in connection to Bladen Co meth lab

BLADENBORO, NC (WECT) -

Three people were arrested early Monday morning in connection to a meth lab discovered in Bladen County.

Deputies with the Bladen County Sheriff's Office stumbled across the meth lab while attempting to locate a person for outstanding warrants, according to Jeff Singletary with the Bladen County Sheriff's Office.

The lab was located near Marshall Cain Road and Storms Road in Bladenboro.

The deputies arrested Holly Louise Dietz, 33, Robert Anthony Byrd, 29, and Cooper Lee Davis, 28, in connection to the meth lab.

All three were charged with three counts of possession of a pre-cursor material for the production of methamphetamine.

Singletary said additional arrests are expected.
