A wreck on Savannah's East Side sent three people to the hospital Sunday night.
The car accident happened about 8:15 p.m. near the intersection of Harmon and Henry Streets. An SUV ran into a home at the intersection, and a sedan crashed into a power pole in the home's yard.
Police are investigating the cause of the wreck and haven't released the conditions or names of the three people involved.
Neighbors rushed out of their homes after hearing two loud bangs.
"By the time we got down here, one person was already on the curb," said Andrew Hubbard, who lives two doors down from the wreck. "There were two other people sitting inside the car not moving so we were a little worried about them."
The home appears to have sustained only minor damage to the front porch.
