LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -
The Longview man accused of stealing two cars, and carjacking another, surrendered, and has been indicted.
Wesley Byron Smith, 35, has been indicted on aggravated robbery, accident involving injury, and robbery in Gregg County.
The mother of Wesley Byron Smyth, who spoke exclusively to KLTV 7 on Tuesday, called KLTV Tuesday night to say that her son had turned himself in to his parole officer. The Gregg County Sheriff's Office, and Longview Police confirmed that that was the case.
