The victim was taken to hospital for what is believed to be non-life-threatening-injuries after being shot in the stomach early Sunday.

A man was taken to the hospital after being shot by two suspects in front of an apartment building at 1002 Grace Street shortly after midnight Sunday.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, the victim told officers that he was sitting on a brick wall in front of the apartment building when he was approached by a gray car with two black male suspects.
After exchanging several words with the victim, one of the suspects shot the victim in the stomach before leaving the scene.
Officers arrived and searched the area but could not find either suspect.
No further description of the suspects was provided.
The victim was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center for what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
