Christopher Byrd pleaded guilty in Superior Court Monday to second degree burglary and flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
Byrd entered the home of a Tabor City resident on July 10, 2013 and took personal property. Tabor City Police later recovered said property.
On February 4, 2014 Byrd was found by the Tabor City Police driving a stolen vehicle. Once spotted Byrd fled in an attempt to lose the police.
