Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Sunday morning.
Officers say a 15-year-old girl was shot in the hand. It happened around 2:30 a.m. near the 600 block of North 10th Street. According to Lt. Green, officers received a ShotSpotter notification.
Witnesses say a dark colored vehicle drove by several times and then pulled up and a suspect in the backseat fired at several people on the porch, hitting the 15-year-old.
The victim had non life-threatening injuries.
