Detectives search for suspects in connection to breaking, entering at Citgo Quick and Easy

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Brunswick County Sheriff's Office detectives are searching for two suspects in connection to a breaking and entering and larceny incident that happened on Monday, April 14 at the Citgo Quick and Easy located in Supply.

Detectives have arrested three people in connection to the incident.

Mark Eugene Warden, 48, of Winston-Salem, has been charged with safecracking, injury to real property, breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He is currently being held in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $1 million bond.

Robert Ray Flippen II, 31, of Winston-Salem, has also been charged with safecracking, injury to real property, breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He is also being held in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $1 million bond.

Christy Renee Paschal, 30, also of Winston-Salem, has been charged with felony conspiracy of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. She too is being detained in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $1 million bond.

Officials say Warden, Flippen and Paschal were each arrested in Forsyth County on May 2 with the assistance of the Winston-Salem Police Department and were briefly detained in the Forsyth County Detention Facility before being transferred to the Brunswick County Detention Facility on Monday.

According to the BCSO, detectives are still searching for Veronica Worley Bennett, 48, also of Winston-Salem, who is wanted for felony conspiracy and accessory after the fact and Corey Ric Anderson, 20, of Winston-Salem, who is wanted for safecracking, injury to real property, breaking and entering, and larceny after breaking and entering.
