WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) -

Officers with the Wilmington Police Department are asking for help identifying a man accused of robbing the King's Pharmacy on College Road with a gun.

According to Linda Rawley with the Wilmington Police Department, a man with a gun entered King's Pharmacy around 11 a.m. demanding medication. After receiving the items, the suspect then ran out the back door with an undisclosed amount of medication and cash.

The suspect was last seen riding a dark blue mountain bike northbound on S. College Road towards Hugh MacRae Park.

Hoggard High School and Roland Grise Middle School were immediately put into lockdown following the armed robbery. The lockdown has since been lifted.

Police say the man is described as being 5'6" tall with a partial beard wearing khakis, a gray long sleeve shirt, and a baseball cap.
