TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The trial date for a man accused of gunning down a local gym owner has been set.

Deitrekk Boone is one of five men charged in the November 2012 murder of Crossfit gym owner Joe Lengel. Afterwards, Boone went on the run for more than a year before U.S. Marshals caught him in Houston, TX in December 2013.

He faces several charges, including aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. Back in February, he pleaded not guilty.

His next courtroom appearance will be on June 2.
