WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Another Wilmington community planning meeting was held at Snipes Academy Thursday evening.
Homeowners from Chestnut Heights and Princess Place took part in the meeting.
Residents told city staffers what parts of their neighborhood they want to keep the same and what parts they want to change.
Many in attendance said traffic and crime were two of their biggest neighborhood concerns.
"There's a lot of break-ins because we live on an alley," said Lynn Symonds. "There's alleys going in back of the houses, and there's break-ins it seems like at least once a month."
Parks and green space were two items residents wanted to keep the same in their area.
