(RNN) - A magnitude 6.9 earthquake has been reported off of the California coast Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The temblor was reported in the Pacific Ocean at 9:21 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. The epicenter was located about 48 miles west-northwest of Ferndale, CA, and about 250 miles northwest of Sacramento, CA.
There have been no reports of damage or injuries. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has not issued a tsunami warning.
