Severe thunderstorm warning issued for Pender County

 

A severe t-storm warning has been issued for Pender County until 2:45 p.m.

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Pender County until 2:45 p.m. 

Remember severe thunderstorms are capable of generating strong damaging winds in excess of 60 mile per hour or hail in excess of one inch in diameter.  If a warning is issued for your area take cover in a sturdy building until the storm passes.
