Saturday, February 22, 2014 is the date of the 10th Annual Polar Plunge and the 2nd Annual 5K Run-N-Plunge. The event raises money for the New Hanover County Special Olympics.
It all happens in Carolina Beach.

In New Hanover County there are currently over 600 Special Olympic Athletes
