Shooting leaves woman injured


An early morning shooting in South Albany leaves one woman injured.

Albany police responded to shots being fired around 3:00 a.m. on Sunday on Gadsden Drive. Police say shots were fired through a window inside a house striking 35-year-old Amanda Turner twice. Three other people were also inside the house at the time but were not injured. Turner was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for treatment and has been released.
