PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Now voters can weigh in on pending laws and discuss some of our state issues.

Secretary of State Ken Bennett and Sen. Bob Worsley launched a new website called azvoices.gov.

It's the first site of its kind.

"As you go in and look at a bill, you can see a report of the number of people who have expressed an opinion whether they strongly agree, all the way to strongly disagree," Bennett said.

The hope is enough people use the site, then lawmakers will get a better idea of what their constituents think about a certain bill.
