The five phase expansion project at the Evansville Museum has been completed.
The museum let the public in for the first time on Friday to get a look at the approximately $14-million project. Visitors got to see the new Koch Immersive Theater.
A ribbon cutting with Mayor Lloyd Winnecke made the opening of the new additions official.
The museum will have new hours starting on Saturday.
It will be open Tuesday through Saturday 11-5 and on Sunday 12-5.
