Florida native Charles Damsel announces his membership in the top-notch mediation network, Mediation.com, in a move to offer his expert services to a wider audience.
West Palm Beach, FL (PRWEB) February 07, 2014
With over five decades of experience in a wide variety of challenging and difficult legal cases, Charles Damsel has been serving the community of West Palm Beach and Florida at the highest levels for longer than many of his clients have been alive. With a recent decision to focus more on the alternate dispute resolution (ADR) side of his practice, he announced his membership in Mediation.com.
I believe in being three things: the most prepared man in the room, the most knowledgeable man in the room, and the most approachable man in the room, Damsel said. Thats one reason why I encourage people to call me by my nickname Chubby; it breaks the ice and puts us on equal footing right away. Ive been at this for 54 years and Ive conducted over 250 jury trials as well as countless mediation sessions, but I dont want to intimidate people. I want them to be able to come to my office and tell me what they need.
Damsel is a Certified Civil Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator with the Florida Supreme Court, and a Certified Mediator by the Florida Federal District Court. As such, he specializes in handling automotive, construction, contract, insurance, personal injury, product liability, professional liability, property/casualty disputes.
Damsels qualifications and experience have led to him winning several recognitions and awards, including an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and induction in to the University of Florida Hall of Fame. He is also a Diplomate of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators as well as a member of the Florida Academy of Certified Mediator.
A graduate of the University of Florida Law School, Damsel served as a Special Agent with the Army Counter-Intelligence Corp before beginning his legal practice. A former partner in several large law firms, he founded his own firm in 1999.
