After selling more homes in 2013 than ever before in company history, privately-held powerhouse, Neal Communities, continued a swift sales pace in January 2014. The builder sold out its homes at Belleisle in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, and has closed its sales center at Sawgrass in Venice, with just one home remaining. The builder notched 54 total sales spanning 16 communities, from Manatee to Lee counties, last month.
We are gearing up for another very busy year, with several new communities on the horizon and the continued growth of our brand and our team, said Michael Storey, President of Building for the Lakewood Ranch-based, new home building company.
Notable neighborhoods for Neal in January included Central Park at Lakewood Ranch with nine sales and Villa Palmeras in Estero with seven sales. In addition, Fairfield in Bradenton, Grand Palm in Venice, and Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood each had six sales. The builder expects several communities to reach completion this year, including the popular and family-friendly Central Park at Lakewood Ranch. Neals overall expansion will continue with plans for close to a dozen new neighborhoods in 2014.
Besides record sales in 2013, Neal Communities also closed on its 9,000th home last year, and in 2014 the builder expects to celebrate its 10,000th home sale.
