Sheriff Ingram will represent District 7 which includes Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, Cumberland, Carteret, Onslow, Sampson, Pender, Robeson and Bladen Counties. BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Brunswick County Sheriff John Ingram has been elected to serve as the representative for southeastern North Carolina on the NC Sheriffs' Education and Training Standards Commission.

Sheriff Ingram will represent District 7 which includes Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, Cumberland, Carteret, Onslow, Sampson, Pender, Robeson and Bladen Counties.

Former Columbus County Sheriff, Chris Batten, previously held the position, before retiring from his position.
