Wilmington actor to appear in new NBC show

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - You may notice a familiar face on a new NBC show.

David Andrews, who has lived in Wilmington since 2000, appears in NBC's Crisis, starring Gillian Anderson.

Andrews tells us he will appear in four episodes of the new show. It's a political thriller about a hostage situation that targets the children of some of the world's most powerful people. The show is expected to air on NBC sometime early this year.

Recently, Andrews appeared in Brad Pitt's World War Z.

Andrews acting resume also includes Fair GameFight Club and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.

Most recently, he appeared in the new Netflix original series, House of Cards, in scenes with Kevin Spacey.
