Robbery suspect arrested after being stopped on I-65

A robbery suspect is behind bars after being stopped on I-65.

The suspect allegedly pulled a gun on two brothers who were sitting in a parked car at a home Thursday night.

He allegedly told them if they didn't hand over the money, someone would die.

The brothers say the gunman took $400 from them and fled.

They quickly called police, and officers spotted the suspect on the freeway.

Terry Chumbley was arrested on four charges, including aggravated robbery and identity theft.

When police made the stop, they discovered Chumbley was using a false name. Police say he was using his brother's identity to avoid getting caught for other crimes and to collect unemployment benefits.

Chumbley was booked into the Metro jail Thursday night.
