WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Imagine carrying 130 pounds, up and down the stairs, to and from your job every day. Many people can't even lift that much weight, but that's how much Anthony Nuzio shed from his body in less than a year.
So what did he do? He was accepted as a contestant in Project Weight Loss: Wilmington, round one in March of 2013.
The project is a Biggest Loser type challenge where owner of Fitness Motivation training facility, Anita Harrell, chooses applicants for 12 weeks of unlimited, free fitness training and nutrition coaching.
The project isn't for those looking to shed a few pounds-- it's for those looking to save their health.
The project is going into the third round and Harrell is inviting you to apply by no later than January 31, 2014.
